How to use with VRChat

Step 1

Download & Install

Download Echo Live from the download page. Installation takes under 60 seconds. Works on Windows alongside SteamVR and standalone VRChat.

Step 2

Set VRChat Microphone

In SteamVR, go to Settings → Audio → Microphone and select "Echo". Alternatively, set it as your Windows default microphone in Sound Settings. VRChat will use whichever microphone SteamVR or your system is configured to use.

Step 3

Become Your Avatar

Select a voice model in Echo that matches your avatar character. Click Start, enter a VRChat world, and speak — other players hear the AI-transformed voice through proximity chat, matching the character they see in front of them.
